This is the first of a new monthly series where we will share a bunch of new recommendations and resources — some fun and playful and some more serious and focused on your growth. If you want to contribute your ideas, share them in this survey! None of these are sponsored - just our favorite things we have been trying and loving.

I can’t be the only one whose whole personality changes come October 1. It’s my cue to clean out my closet and switch out my seasonal clothes, pull out my warm socks and house slippers, and start lighting my favorite candles. This is my all-time favorite one that I have bought multiple times because it smells HEAVENLY.

There’s nothing quite like Fall to get me in the mood for cozying up with a good book — and I am so excited for my witchy, deep, and/or dark stack of books I have waiting for me, including: Family Lore, Never Whistle at Night: An Indigenous Dark Fiction Anthology, Strange Sally Diamond, and Weyward. I was also honored to get an advance copy of this book by two Asian therapists called Where I Belong: Healing Trauma and Embracing Asian American Identity - which comes out in January. I am also trying to read Killers of the Flower Moon before the movie comes out next month!
