How do you put a price on realizing that you're not alone or broken?
Thanks for letting me share this new endeavor over here. I have exciting content lined up for the rest of the year here (anger! resentment! being a late bloomer! and more!), but I also want you all to be in the know of these other projects I work in.
So, I want to dive deeper into what Boldly Bicultural is all about and what you can expect from this transformative experience. (And don’t forget paid subscribers get $100 off the program!)
This isn’t just another program. It’s a space where you can feel empowered, take up space, and embrace your identity with pride.
Let me walk you through it using the acronym BOLD to guide our transformation...
B is for Build Confidence
You’ll gain the tools and skills to strengthen your cultural confidence. This program will help you define your values, understand what’s important to you, and identify the factors that shape your sense of self. It’s about empowering you to stand tall in your identity.
O is for Origin Reflections
We’ll explore the stories and beliefs that have shaped your life. You’ll reflect on why things are the way they are, where certain narratives come from, and how cultural and familial norms have influenced your experiences. This is your chance to understand and reshape these stories.
L is for Listen and Learn
This journey isn’t just about listening to my insights. It’s about listening to each other, leaning into community wisdom, and learning from one another’s experiences. Together, we’ll grow in a shared space where every voice matters.
D is for Develop Clarity and Decide
By the end of our time together, you’ll have the clarity to make meaningful changes in your life. You’ll decide what’s important to you, what changes you want to make (and if you are even ready!), and how to integrate the skills and tools you’ve learned into your day-to-day life and relationships.
This program is about more than learning—it’s about transformation, empowerment, and embracing who you are.
If you’re ready to go deeper, connect more authentically, and make lasting changes, Boldly Bicultural is for you.
What I’m Bringing to Boldly Bicultural:
My Skills as a Therapist: With years of experience in therapy, I’ve gained a deep understanding of mental health, cultural identity, and the tools needed to navigate these complex areas.
Corporate Workshops & High-Stress Facilitation: I’ve led discussions in high-pressure environments, helping people manage stress and build resilience. Here’s what one participant had to say:
Five Years of Building Brown Girl Therapy: In the past five years, I’ve talked with so many of you, learning what’s on your mind and what you’re struggling with. This program is my response to those conversations, created with your needs in mind.
Three Years of Research and Writing My Book, "But What Will People Say?": The stories and lessons from my book are just the beginning. In this program, I’ll share even more—things that didn’t make it into the book but are just as important.
A Lifetime of Searching for Culturally Inclusive Mental Health Care:Â My decade-long journey in therapy has given me a unique perspective on the gaps in culturally sensitive care. This program is here to fill those gaps.
Virtual Community Conversations and Workshops:Â My experience in these spaces has given me a clear understanding of what you need and how to deliver it in a way that truly resonates.
We only have 10 spots left!
We’ll be closing applications once we hit our limit.
I’m so grateful for those who have already joined. They’re ready to make meaningful changes and connect more deeply with themselves.
Over the years, I’ve heard from so many of you about what’s on your mind and what you’re struggling with, and I’ve used those conversations to create something that hasn’t existed before: a program for us, by us.
Honestly, just thinking about it gets me so excited. I’m incredibly passionate about this work, and I can’t wait to share it with you.
I can’t wait to see more of you in the program. Thank you again for the love and support!Â
