Hi! If we haven’t had the pleasure of meeting yet, my name is Avani and I lead the community here at Culturally Enough. You may have seen me leading and facilitating virtual discussion threads. But this month, we are trying something different.

So today, I want to lead you through a few reflection questions. We’re going to be talking about our monthly theme of “late bloomers.” But this reflection specifically is related to the idea that it’s never too late. So I encourage you to have a journal nearby, or something that you enjoy writing on - even a blank Google doc.
